Since our founding in 1973, Large Animal care has been a focus area for Gillespie Veterinary Center. Our team has a strong livestock background, and can provide everything from surgical procedures to general herd health.

We offer total health services for all large animals, including cattle, horses, pigs, goats, and other food animals. Our large animal veterinary services extend far beyond our office in Fredericksburg, as we treat patients from all across the state of Texas, and even a few out of state patients.
